5 HubSpot Updates and Improvements

HubSpot released many new features, betas, and updates. Here’s five that you need to know. 

1. Conditional Color Coding in Reporting

Understand your data at a glance when you apply conditional color formatting to your reports. Highlight trends, showcase big wins, and build custom visualizations for various reports. To get started, opt into the Beta, go to the Custom Report Builder, and activate conditional formatting under Chart Settings.

2. Association Labels in Workflows

HubSpot updated the Create Record and Create Task actions in workflows so that you can create associations between the enrolled record and another record in the portal. You now have greater control over which associations the system creates and can apply relationship labels to enable better reporting and filtering within your workflows.

To get started, use the Create Task or Create Actions under workflows, where you’ll see the new configure associations actions. This feature is only available for the following account types: Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro, and Service Enterprise.

 

3. Mobile Optimization for Drag and Drop Emails

Enhance your recipient’s experience and improve engagement rates with greater control over mobile optimization in the drag-and-drop email editor. Hide modules or sections of the email on mobile or desktop, or choose to disable automated column stacking to customize the mobile experience.

4. HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension

Sales teams can now access crucial HubSpot features directly from their Chrome browser with the new extension features and Breeze Copilot. Here’s a look at the new features:

  • Add details to a customer or prospect’s record while browsing their website
  • Add contacts to sequences, or interact via email or phone after completing internet research
  • View a contact’s CRM records directly from the Chrome extension
  • Use Breeze Copilot to gain further insights into companies and contacts

These features are available to all hubs and tiers. You must update your HubSpot Chrome extension to gain access to these new features.

5. See What Updates Are Coming to Your Account

Know what’s coming your way with the Scheduled for Release tab in Product Updates. Admins can view updates in a calendar or table format to prepare for new account features and changes.

All admins for all hubs and editions will have access to this new feature that tells you the exact release date for new features and functionality. Prepare your teams and understand how the change will impact you.
