HubSpot updated the Create Record and Create Task actions in workflows so that you can create associations between the enrolled record and another record in the portal. You now have greater control over which associations the system creates and can apply relationship labels to enable better reporting and filtering within your workflows.
To get started, use the Create Task or Create Actions under workflows, where you’ll see the new configure associations actions. This feature is only available for the following account types: Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Ops Pro, Ops Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro, and Service Enterprise.
